Five Star Performance Rating from Customer Surveys
The Five Star Rating System on the Toshiba Authorized Service Provider (ASP) locator is based on a monthly average Customer Survey, and does not necessarily represent or reflect the views of Toshiba. Toshiba conducts a survey of customers after a warranty repair experience. Customers are encouraged to share comments with Toshiba for continuous improvement. The Service Provider performance is based on a scale of one to five, the average monthly rating is represented as "Stars" on the locator referral system. This is intended to assist with the selection of a local service provider with the knowledge of previous customer survey response.
In the event that you require service or repair from a Toshiba Authorized Service Provider, we encourage you to return the Customer Survey with your comments and performance rating. If you are not satisfied with your service experience, we want to know about it. It you are satisfied with your service provider, please return the survey to rewardthe efforts of the individuals who provided the repair and contribute your rating for the benefit of future customers.
International Limited Warranty (ILW) Repair Information
If you are traveling outside your home country, and find your Toshiba PC needs repairs, it's important to note that not all Toshiba ASPs are authorized to perform repairs under the ILW. Using Toshiba's Global ASP Locator, please be sure to select an ASP displaying the ILW icon. Only these locations are authorized to perform ILW repairs.
