Toshiba conducts a survey of customers after a warranty repair experience. Customers are encouraged to share comments with Toshiba for continuous improvement. The Service Provider performance is based on a scale of one to five, the average monthly rating is represented as "Stars" on the locator referral system. This is intended to assist with the selection of a local service provider with the knowledge of previous customer survey response. In the event that you require service or repair from a Toshiba Authorized Service Provider, we encourage you to return the Customer Survey with your comments and performance rating.
