Check the video signal source to see if it is beyond the range of the display. Please verify its specifications with this display's specifion section in the Manual.
Make sure the IR sensor on the display is pulled down.
Makes ure the reomote or keyboard is not set to "Locked". If both are locked, follow the sequence to unlock (On the remote, press "Menu", "Left", "Right", "Up", "Down").

If there is an issue with your digital display, Toshiba acts quickly. Our technical support specialists will work with you to troubleshoot the issue and hopefully resolve it immediately. If they determine a replacement product is needed, one is shipped out for delivery in as fast as two days*. The replacement product is delivered and the defective product is taken back simultaneously. This keeps your projects up and running, and also keeps you concentrating on your business instead of service follow-up.
