Issue
The following error message is displayed after starting the Bluetooth Manager program:
"Could not open the Bluetooth ACPI device driver (tosfrec.sys)"
Resolution

This is an indication that there is not a bluetooth card installed in the computer, or the bluetooth card is defective.
Verify you have a bluetooth card installed on your computer by looking at your purchase order or sales receipt.
If you determine that you have a bluetooth card installed in your computer, the card may be defective and you will have to take the computer to an Authorized Service Provider for repair.
To locate a Toshiba Authorized Service Provider go to http://pcsupport.toshiba.com and click on the link for service centers. Or call 800-457-7777 to locate an ASP.

COMMENTS:
Bluetooth Manager is a component of the Bluetooth Stack and may be installed on computers that have the option for a bluetooth card whether there is a Bluetooth card installed or not.
