- Issue
When you click on the Backup button, the following message is displayed: Job cannot run because of invalid destination.
- Resolution
There are two possible solutions:
- Verify the Portable USB Hard Drive is securely connected to the computer using the USB cable provided.
- Verify the Portable USB Hard Drive is selected as the backup destination using the procedure below:
1. Click OK to close the message.
2. Backup Location, click on Modify.
3. Select backup destination, select External Hard Drives.
4. Click Finish.
5. Click Backup, answer Yes to start the Backup.- Export Control and EULA
