"Playback with current Display Driver is not Supported" error when playing Blu-ray DVD

Issue

The error message "Playback with current Display Driver is not Supported" is displayed when attempting to play a Blu-ray DVD.

Resolution

Three software components are necessary for Blu-ray playback. Install the lastest version of the following three:

Intel Management Engine Interface

Display Driver

WinDVD BD for Toshiba

Export Control and EULA

Use of any software made available for download from this system constitutes your acceptance of the Export Control Terms and the terms in the Dynabook end-user license agreement both of which you can view before downloading any such software.
