If you are the reseller, distributor or wholesaler of Toshiba-branded accessory or electronic products, you should not be using this system to file a claim. You should refer the end user that purchased the product to file the claim directly with this site.
If your Toshiba-branded product is less than 15 days old, and it failed, please return it to the place of purchase. If you purchased the product from Toshiba Direct, you can contact them directly at 1-800-618-4444.
If you are renting or leasing your Toshiba product, or if you purchased it on a rent-to-own plan, please contact the company from whom you rented, leased, or purchased it.
